The Ultimate Diet Plan

Looking to slim down in a short amount of time? Or want to achieve a good healthy skin? Eating right is the answer to every question. Follow this diet for at least a month and achieve all you desire. 



I am a Netflix addict and spend most of my day bingeing, or surfing the internet and trust me I know what binge eating can do, I am still trying to get my diet right. It's been 2 weeks since I started following this regime, thought this might help you out too. 



WATER IS JOB 1 


Having water as soon as you wake up is job number 1. This will flush out toxins and will help you kick start the day and you'll feel fresh and energetic. You can always give a little twist to it, by squeezing a lemon into it, adding ice cubes, cucumber slices, etc. If you're doing this to lose weight fast then you can add half a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar into it.  

 
Well, after having water wait for 45 minutes or an hour ( totally up to you ). It's now time for
 breakfast !!!

WE DO BREAKFAST RIGHT 



  1. For breakfast have an egg/ricotta cheeses along with a fruit of your choice and a slice of whole-wheat bread.
  2. If you like you can also have oats with fruits and green tea or black coffee. 
  3. You can always pack yourself a ready to grab and run breakfast box like the one shown. 


I SEE MID MORNING SNACK IN YOUR FUTURE 

  1. One cucumber/carrot with yogurt or hummus 
  2. one glass of fruit or vegetable juice 
  3. what better than coconut water for a mid-morning snack 



NEXT STOP, LUNCHTIME

  1. Brown rice with blanched veggies and quinoa.
  2. lettuce wrap with veggies and chicken/ mushroom along with buttermilk


REACH FOR THE SNACK 


  1. Banana shake 
  2. Green Tea plus walnuts 
  3. Fresh veggie or fruit juice 
  4. Berries 

SANTA, ALL I WANT DINNER AT 7 PM 


  1. Veggie or chicken stew, with flat whole wheat bread or chappati, along with raita 
  2. Mixed vegetable curry with 2 whole wheat bread and raita 

HAVE MILK AT 10 PM
